Customer Review: Perfect past time for too hot summer days
My son loves this DVD set! When it is too hot and humid to go outside he pops it in and does Silly to Calm to get his wiggles out. I don't even have to remind him he has it, he does it all by himself. My only complaint is that one of the DVDs is slightly off, the intro is scrambled, but it doesn't affect the work-out part of the video so no big deal. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone with young children.

Customer Review: it lubes
It's a lubricant, and it's made of silicone. 'nuff said. No, but really, I can't say I noticed a difference with the treadmill after I put it on, but being that it is a lubricant, it certainly can't hurt the treadmill. I used about 1/3 the bottle to lube up the undertrack portion below the belt. So depending on your treadmill size, you should get around three uses out of this product before it runs out. I'd buy it again when the time comes.

Customer Review: Great for a windy location
In reponse to the rater below, you asked about a design that is more breeze-sensitive. What I have found is that you need traditional chimes (with a wide clapper sorrounded by tubes). These are quite sensitive to the slightest breeze which is good if you don't have much wind in your area. By contrast, I live in a windy area and have come to avoid chimes with a wide clapper in the middle. I look for chimes with a ball-shaped clapper or no clapper at all, which make a light, pleasant sound even in strong breezes.

Customer Review: Comfortable, but
Like most cheaper wrist weights, they are difficult to keep cleaning and from smelling because you can't remove the weights to wash. Rinsing them out or washing by hand creates a bit of a mess as the items inside for weight leak brown color when wet. I'm a man and when I put these at the tightest with the straps, they do not stay on my wrists, I have to push them up my arms a bit. Obviously made for those who are more obese. However, they are very very comfortable (soft) and have held up well with many long distance runs.

Customer Review: a miracle
This cd is a miracle. I have a four year old and a six year old who have a very difficult time falling asleep and allowing themselves to relax. It is a struggle every night. If I didn't see this for myself, I would have never believed it. Within ten minutes, both of my children were fast asleep. Lori's voice is very relaxing and I can't wait to order another cd.
